All products has a warranty of one year. Heltun provides and extended warranty of three years on their products.
Can you do customs clearance for us?
Yes, we can do customs clearance in your country. Please use the DDP delivery option and provide us your VAT number and EORI number. Please note that with DDP option we will charge you the VAT of your country and pay it on your behalf during the customs clearance.
Are there other payment options?
We accept wired transfers only. Please contact us if you would like to pay by a credit card or PayPal/Stripe.
